✅ Estimates & Repairs
- All estimates are based on visible damage. Additional damage may be discovered during repairs.
- We will notify you if extra work or parts are needed.
- No repairs will begin without your authorization.
🛠 Parts & Labor
- We use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts based on your vehicle and insurance policy.
- Trained technicians perform all repair work.
- Labor and parts may come with a limited warranty; ask our staff for details.
🧾 Insurance Claims
- We work with all major insurance companies.
- You are responsible for any deductibles and charges not covered by your insurance.
- We help coordinate the insurance process, but final approval is between you and your insurer.
🚘 Rental Cars
- Rental vehicles may be available through your insurance or at your expense.
- We help set up rentals but are not responsible for their terms.
📦 Storage Fees
- Vehicles left at our shop beyond 3 business days after repair completion may be subject to storage fees.
